Return and Refund Policy

Please check your shipment as soon as it arrives.  If we have made an error, or the items are defective in any way, please notify us and we will make arrangements to correct the shipment.  If you return an item for any other reason, it must be in saleable condition in its original packaging.  Your refund may be subject to our 15% restocking fee and we will not return shipping and handling fees.  Please call us prior to returning any merchandise.  We accept returns for exchange of merchandise only.  The return must be back at the shop within 30 days, and the exchange must be with an in stock item.  The return must be undamaged with original price tag still on item.  If you used a credit/debit card for purchase the convenience fee will not be refunded, nor will shipping costs be refunded.  If the exchanged item is to be mailed, postage price will be added.  Please contact us immediately at 5803625082 if there is to be a return, with details of why returned must be in the phone call or email (renevap15@gmail.com).  If there is damage to the original shipped item, call us and we will work out the details.
